How do I return an item?
The PJP Marketplace accepts merchandise returns/exchanges with a valid receipt. Items purchased through www.pjpmarketplace.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a written return approval. Returned items must be new, unused, and undamaged. To return a product to pjpmarketplace.com, you must first obtain a written return authorization via PJP Marketplace Customer Service. Please be sure to include the item number and description you are returning, as well as the quantity and order number from which the product was ordered.
The return has been achnowledged PJP Marketplace.com will forward a prepaid UPS Return Label for the items via email that can be printed, attached to the product boxes. The package can then be given to any UPS Store or UPS Driver who will return it back to PJP.
Retuned/Exchanged items will be credited either through a store/internet credit, replacement merchandise, or refund. Items purchased through www.pjpmarketplace are only eligible for a refund of the purchased item value, shipping to and from the customer is non-refundable and is the responsibility of the purchasing party. Items returned that were purchased through our FREE UPS Ground Shipping Promotion are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Orders that are due to be returned for credit back to a credit card must be received back to pjpmarketplace.com within 30 business days, otherwise they will only be provided an online store credit for the value of the merchandise.
Heavy Equipment Items such as Jan/San Equipment, Food Service Equipment and other mechanical items purchased through www.pjpmarketplace.com or at our two locations are exempt from this return/exchange policy. These items must be handled on a per case basis by contacting our customer service department at 800-757-1268, and receive a management approval.
