| The Large First Aid Kit FAK 50 includes all supplies needed to administer emergency first aid and is OSHA compliant in any state as long as it is kept refilled. First Aid Kit refills are equipped with a SmartTab™ yellow card informing the user when it is time to reorder in order to remain OSHA compliant. Information about the SmartTab™ refill systems and OSHA compliance is located on the inside left door of this wall-mounted cabinet. Reordering instructions: 1. When you see the yellow Smart Tab™ card appear, it's time to reorder. 2. Call 1800-722-2776. The number is also located on the inside of the left door of the first aid kit. 3. They DayMark Safety Experts will ask for the 14 digit Identification # also located on the inside of the left door, at the bottom. Refills will be shipped to you within 2 to 3 business days.
