| The Matfer 215000 Mandoline is an efficient and professional tool. The precision blades will slice, waffle, julienne and create matchstick cuts for a variety of vegetables. The removable cutting blades produce julienne/matchstick cuts of 1/8", 3/16" and 3/8". The slicing blade is reversible and produces either smooth or waffle cuts. The reversible slicing blade and removable cutting blades can be easily re-sharpened. Constructed of 18/10 stainless steel, the mandoline is extremely durable and stable. Pusher guard included.
