| Do I have to pay sales tax? |

PJP only charges Sales Tax in the states of CT, NY, NJ, PA, MD, and Washington DC. If you are having an order shipped to one of these states, we are required to charge you sales tax on your order.
If you are a business, charity, government affiliation, or other entity that is tax exempt in one of the above states, you are exempt from having to pay sales tax on your order. To place a tax free order please contact our customer service department at 800-757-1268. Please be sure to have a copy of your tax exemption certificate, as our customer service department will need to have it email to us or faxed to 215-618-0097 |

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s), back into stock here at our warehouse in Philadelphia, PA. Please be sure to record your return label's tracking number so that you can track it's progress back to our warehouse. This will help ensure that your return is processed as quickly and smoothly as possible. |

Your credit card will be charged by PJPMarketplace.com when your order is placed. Upon placing your website, we will charge your credit card and begin processing your order. Orders for stocked merchandise are typically processed and leave our warehouse 24-48 hours from the time the order is processed. |
