    Order Status

    Has my order shipped?

    Visit our Check Order Status page to check the status and tracking of your order. (you will need your order number and the email address or phone number used to place the order)

    How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

    To change the quantity or cancel your order, please contact the customer service department at customerservice@pjpmarketplace.com or via phone at 1-800-757-1268.

    PJP is unable to cancel orders after they have shipped. If the order has shipped, the order must then be returned for credit and meet PJP Marketplace’s return/exchange policy.

    How do I track my order?

    When will my order ship?

    Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the 'My Account' link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order.
    You will receive a shipment confirmation via email at the address that you used when you placed your order. This email will contain any available tracking information for your order.

    What if my order never arrived?

    If you never received your order, or had trouble receiving your order, please contact our customer service department for assistance, they in many cases can help you track you order, and help you address any issues regarding the delivery of your order.

    What if an item is missing from my shipment?

    Click the 'My Account' link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your package tracking numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of 'delivered', please contact customer service for assistance.

    What if my product is missing parts?

    If you believe that your shipment is missing parts, please contact customer service immediately so that we can identify if parts were missing in the shipment or if parts are not included in the first place.

    When will my backorder arrive?

    Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. If you would like to cancel or get an update on your backordered item, please contact customer service.

    Do you take special orders?

    Special order items may be called into customer service 800-757-1268. Special order items may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. Special order items cannot be returned once ordered.

Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. If you have any questions about the estimated shipping charges – please contact customer service.

    I forgot my password.

    Visit our 'Forgot My Password' page. Enter the email address that you used to register and click 'Submit'. You will receive an email with a temporary password to access your account. After logging in using this temporary password, you will be prompted to create a new password.

    PJP Marketplace.com currently does not ship orders internationally due to the lengthy and complicated delivery process and return possibilities.

    What are my payment choices?

    PJP Marketplace.com accepts all major credit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. PJP Marketplace.com also accepts payments via Paypal and Amazon Payments for any online self-service orders. Orders will not ship until payments are verified and clear with the appropriate credit card processing company. You will be able to choose your payment method during checkout.

    Pricing and Billing

    Do I have to pay sales tax?

    PJP only charges Sales Tax in the states of CA, CT, NY, NJ, PA, MD, and Washington DC. If you are having an order shipped to one of these states, we are required to charge you sales tax on your order.

    If you are a business, charity, government affiliation, or other entity that is tax exempt in one of the above states, you are exempt from having to pay sales tax on your order. To place a tax free order please contact our customer service department at 800-757-1268. Please be sure to have a copy of your tax exemption certificate, as our customer service department will need to have it emailed or faxed to 215-618-0097.

    I have a question on my charges.

    When will my credit appear on my account?

    Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s), back into stock here at our warehouse in Philadelphia, PA. Please be sure to record your return label's tracking number so that you can track it's progress back to our warehouse. This will help ensure that your return is processed as quickly and smoothly as possible.

    When will my credit card be charged?

    Your credit card will be charged by PJPMarketplace.com when your order is placed. Upon placing your order, we will charge your credit card and begin processing your order. Orders for stocked merchandise are typically processed and leave our warehouse 24-48 hours from the time the order is processed.
