Returns and Exchanges
- To return a product to PJPMarketplace.com, you must first obtain a Return Authorization. For this you may email us directly at [email protected] or call during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm EST).
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund to your original payment method.
- Items returned after 30 days of purchase are eligible for store credit on future purchases only and may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Returned items must be new, unused, and undamaged and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Refunds for returned merchandise are only eligible for a refund if the purchased item value, shipping to and from the customer's delivery location are non-refundable and is the responsibility of the purchasing party.
- Items returned that were purchased through our FREE Ground Shipping Promotion are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
- Heavy Equipment Items such as Janitorial Equipment, Food Service Equipment and other mechanical items are subject to the approval of the manufacturer and PJP Management prior to return. In most cases these items are covered by a manufacturers warranty, and must be dealt with in terms warranty specifications.
- Some special order items are ineligible for return. Please contact our Customer Service team for questions regarding special order items.
