PJPMarketplace.com processes orders for Shipment Monday – Friday, except for designated holidays in which we are closed. For stock merchandise, typical processing times are within 24 to 48 hours, depending on availability. Orders placed after 12:00 pm will automatically be processed on the following business day. Delivery Times are comprised of both processing time and transit time via the delegated carrier for your shipment. In some instances, your order may ship in more than one carton
PJPMarketplace.com ships the majority of its packages via UPS Ground from our main warehouse in Philadelphia, PA. These are orders with a total order weight of under 150 lbs. For an estimate of UPS transit times, please refer to the map below. Note: all transit times are in business days. Therefore, you'll need to exclude weekends and holidays.
The Following is a general representation of UPS Ground transit times from our Philadelphia warehouse.
Subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service, UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages, shipped via UPS's services, that are listed as guaranteed, or will refund your transportation charges. Guaranteed Service is not available in all areas and does not apply to shipments containing a package with an Additional Handling or Large Package surcharge. Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days. The most up-to-date transit time details will be available at ups.com/ctc at the time of shipping. Certain commodities and high value shipments may require additional transit time for customs clearance.
LTL Freight Shipments
PJPMarketplace.com ships orders via LTL Freight Carriers for larger shipments that are over 150 lbs in total weight or those orders that are comprised of oversized and or highly breakable merchandise.
If your order says Freight Quote To Be Provided, a PJP Representative will contact you prior to shipping your order, to confirm delivery requirements including: Lift Gate Access, Inside Delivery Requirements, Lift Gate Requirements, Delivery Times, and any other required information for delivery.
A PJP Representative will then provide you with an acceptance of freight charges agreement form that confirm your delivery charges, as well as states your responsibilities and those of PJP.
If you make changes to the shipment delivery after accepting charges and the shipment has been sent, you will be responsible for all changes and fees associated with those change requests.
The signed acceptance of freight charges must be received back to PJP before your order has been submitted.
Upon shipping your order with UPS or an LTL Freight Carrier, PJP certifies that the shipped items are in sellable conditional and free of damage. From time to time, damages will occur during shipment, in the event of a damaged shipment, it is the customer's responsibility to contact PJPMarketplace.com within 24 hours to file a freight claim for the damaged merchandise. When accepting your delivery from UPS and LTL Carrier, please check all packages for damage, and note any damages on the Shipment Paperwork before signing. Without noting the damage with the carrier at the time of delivery, PJP can not reimburse or help rectify the solution.
