- PJP Marketplace.com accepts all major credit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
- PJP Marketplace.com also accepts payments via Paypal for orders that are placed online.
- Orders will not ship until payments are verified and clear with the appropriate credit card processing company.
- PJP Marketplace.com offers promotional offers and promotion codes at times to customers to receive discounts.
- PJP Marketplace.com reserves the right to offer promotion codes at will.
- Promotion Codes and offers may or may not expire depending on the offer.
- Promotional code redemption is subject to the terms of the offer.
- Only 1 Promotion Code may be redeemed per order.

PJP Marketplace.com processes orders for Shipment Monday - Friday, except for designated holidays in which we are closed. For stock merchandise typical processing times are 1 to 2 business days, depending on availability. For item availability, please check each individual product you are purchasing. In some cases, your order will ship in more than 1 shipment. Orders placed after 12:00 pm eastern will automatically be processed on the following business day. Delivery Times are comprised of both processing time and transit time via the delegated carrier for your shipment. PJP Marketplace.com only ships orders inside the United States. PJPMarkeplace.com does not ship orders internationally.
- PJP Marketplace ships orders via FED EX for standard orders that have a total order weight of under 150lbs.
- Orders placed for UPS Express Saver, 2nd Day, Standard Overnight and Priority Overnight must be received before 1:30pm eastern time for same business day order processing.

LTL Freight Shipments
- PJPMarketplace.com ships orders via LTL Freight Carriers for larger shipments that are over 150lbs in total weight or those orders that are comprised of oversized and or highly breakable merchandise.
- If your order says Freight Quote To Be Provided, a PJP Representative will contact you prior to shipping your order, to confirm delivery requirements including: Lift Gate Access, Inside Delivery Requirements, Lift Gate Requirements, Delivery Times, and any other required information for delivery.
- A PJP Representative will then provide you with an acceptance of freight charges agreement form that confirm your delivery charges, as well as states your responsibilities and those of PJP.
- If you make changes to the shipment delivery after accepting charges and the shipment has been sent, you will be responsible for all changes and fees associated with those change requests.
- The signed acceptance of freight charges must be received back to PJP before your order has been submitted.
Upon shipping your order with FED EX or a LTL Freight Carrier, PJP certifies that the shipped items are in sellable conditional and free of damage. From time to time, damages will occur during shipment, in the event of a damaged shipment, it is the customer's responsibility to contact PJPMarketplace.com within 24 hours to file a freight claim for the damaged merchandise. When accepting your delivery from FED EX and LTL Carrier, please check all packages for damage, and note any damages on the Shipment Paperwork before signing. Without noting the damage with the carrier at the time of delivery, PJP cannot reimburse or help rectify the solution.
PJP has a 99% fulfillment rate, however in the event a product on your order is backordered; you will be notified by our customer service department. To help avoid having your order backordered, please see the item details page for the On Hand Inventory.
Glassware and China
- Glassware and China Orders that are considered fragile and require a 3 case minimum purchase.
- Glassware and China Orders of 10 plus cases will be shipped via a common freight carrier.
- All cases are checked for damages prior to shipping from PJP.
- If PJP finds a damaged piece when shipping a Glassware or China Item, the broken items will be removed, repacked and a credit notice will be included in the case.
- Upon receiving your glassware or china order, please check it immediately for damages.

- To return a product to pjpmarketplace.com, you must first obtain a written return authorization via PJP Marketplace Customer Service.
- Items must returned within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund to your original payment method.
- Items returned after 30 days of purchase are eligible for a store credit for future purchase only.
- Returned items must be new, unused, and undamaged and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Refunds for returned merchandise are only eligible for a refund of the purchased item value, shipping to and from the customer's delivery location are non-refundable and is the responsibility of the purchasing party.
- Items returned that were purchased through our FREE Ground Shipping Promotion are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
- Heavy Equipment Items such as Janitorial Equipment, Food Service Equipment and other mechanical items are subject to the approval of the manufacturer and PJP Management prior to return. In most cases these items are covered by a manufacturers warranty, and must be dealt with in terms warranty specifications.
- Returns and refunds are handled on a case by case basis must obtain management approval prior to refund authorization.
Due to the lengthy and complicated delivery and possible return process, PJP Marketplace.com does not ship orders internationally include orders to Canada and Mexico.
PJP is required to charge sales tax on orders for products and services that are placed for delivery in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Connecticut, the District of Columbia, and California. If you are a business in these states (PA Tax Form, NJ Packaging Tax Form, NJ Resale Tax Form, NY Resale, NY Packaging, NY QEZE, MD Resale, CT Resale), and are exempt from paying taxes on your orders, please fill out the the appropriate form and fax it to us at 215-618-0097, and our customer service department will refund the tax charges on the order. PJP Marketplace.com offers the sale of Closeout Merchandise through its Closeout Category. Items listed in the closeout section are exempt from store promotions, promotional code offers, and are non-returnable. As the needs of our customers continue to change and evolve, so does the need for us to adjust the products that we stock and sell. At certain times we may be discontinuing a product, in the process of replacing it with a product we feel is a better overall product for our customers. During a discontinuation or product faze out an PJP Marketplace.com reserve the right to substitute a replacement product for the originally ordered product.
From time to time, typographical errors do occur in our product descriptions and titles. Upon finding these errors we will do our best to correct the error as soon as possible, as well as, correct any potential problem with our customers to the best of our ability.
